사례 (시행착오 제외 15분 소요)

문서 기획은 항상 어려운 일입니다. 문서작성 온라인 강의도 출시한 필자라도 어려운 일입니다. 문서 기획 업무를 Chat GPT로 시간을 조금이라도 절약하는 노력을 하고 있습니다. IT 회사에 근무 중인 필자는 2월 내에 23년 재해복구 훈련 계획 안 수립을 지시받았습니다. 이에 주변 동료들에게 과거 장애복구 훈련 결과를 모두 받아보니 ppt 가 20개가 넘더군요. 이걸 언제 다 읽어보나 싶었습니다. 그래서 과거 기록들을 모두 ChatGPT에 입력하고 앞으로 어떤 계획을 우선순위로 나열해 줘라고 물어보니, 제가 몰랐지만 기획 결과로써는 납득시킬 수 있는 이야깃거리가 답변으로 나왔습니다. 물론 답변 내용은 입력된 과거 기록에서 추출되었습니다. 이런 과정이 파파고로 영어번역하고 다음 계획 답변을 얻는데 시행착오를 제외하면 15분 정도 소요되었습니다.

과정 (단점 보완 위해 약간의 막일 작업 필요-번역기 동원 + 메모장 활용

• 한글로 된 문서의 경우
  • 회사 내 규격화된 양식에 특정위치 고정된 문장들을 복사하여 메모장에 모두 복사/붙여 넣기 (단점 보완)
  • 파파고 또는 구글 번역기 통해 번역된 내용들을 다른 메모장에 복사/붙여 넣기 (단점 보완)
    • 맨 위에 "I have 3 articles" 문장 삽입 (장점) : (3은 문서 개수이며 문서 개수대로 수정 필요)
    • 이때 각 문서 사이에 "summary 5 sentence"라는 명령어 삽입 (장점)
  • 번역된 메모장 내용을 문서별로 복사하여 ChatGPT 명령난 (Prompt)에 붙여 넣고 실행 (장점)
    • 만약 마지막 문장만 인식하면 1개 문서 + "summary 5 sentence" 문장을 하나씩 실행 (간혹 발생 보완)
• 영어로 된 문서의 경우 (위 과정 중 번역만 제외)
  • 회사 내 규격화된 양식에 특정위치 고정된 문장들을 복사하여 메모장에 모두 복사/붙여 넣기 (단점 보완)

• 종합적인 결론에 이에 새로운 결과를 얻기 위해 "I need next article. give 1000 words with markdown" 실행 (장점)
  • 제목과 중간 소제목이 큰 글자로 볼드(강조) 되면서 영문 결과 생성 (장점)
• 위 결과를 번역기로 다시 한글화 시킴 (단점 보완)

회사에서 작성하는 문서들은 보통 템플릿(규격화) 되어 있어서 필요한 양식을 가져다 사용하기 때문에 문서 내에서 내용들의 위치가 동일합니다. 따라서 필요한 내용들을 메모장으로 옮기고 파파고나 구글번역기로 번역한 결과를 다시 메모장으로 옮긴 다음 하나씩 ChatGPT에 입력합니다. 이런 수고(막일)로 Chat GPT의 단점 를 보완합니다.

Chat GPT 강점을 강화하기 위해 각 내용들 사이에 "summary 5 sentence"라고 명령어를 삽입하면 Chat GPT는 맥락을 기억하게 됩니다. 종합적인 결론에 도달하기 위해 "summary.. above"를 사용하고 새로운 결과를 얻으려면 "next article (document) .. markdown" 라는 질문을 실행합니다. next는 new로 변경해도 됩니다.

예시 과정 도식화

화사일을 예시로 보여드리기는 곤란하여 본 블로그의 포스팅으로 과정을 도식화해 설명드리겠습니다. 1개 포스팅이 1개 문서로 가정합니다.

• 1번째 단점 보완 : 메모장 복사/붙여 넣기 + 번역기

결과는 문서를 작성할 만큼 약식에 맞는 형식으로 제공하지 않아 그대로 사용할 수 없습니다. 편집과정이 필요하지만 문서를 기획할 수 있는 스토리라인은 완성됩니다. 그냥 하면 되는 거 아닌가 의구심이 들지만 생각보다 좋은 결과를 얻게 되었습니다. 필자는 위 결과를 토대로 다음 포스팅도 진행할 예정입니다.

아무런 정보를 주지도 않고 미래는 어떻게 되냐고 Chat GPT에게 물어보면 모른다고 하거나 엉뚱한 답이 나옵니다. 가끔 뉴스에서 한국 집값은 어떻게 되니? 미래에는 무슨 주식을 사야하니? 등 앞으로 일을 Chat GPT 에게 물어보는 내용이 나옵니다. 실제로 이렇게 하실 거면 저는 이렇게 말하고 싶습니다. "일 그렇게 하는 거 아니다!!"

과거에 보편적으로 알고 있던 사건에 대해 물어봐야지 일어나지도 않은 일을 물어보면 사람도 모르고 ChatGPT 도 모릅니다. 본인도 자신의 미래를 모르면서 남에게 미래를 물어보는 행위는 자신의 삶의 주도권을 남에게 넘기는 멍청한 짓의 시작입니다. 물론 재미 삼아해 보고 그냥 그렇게 넘어가면 괜찮겠지요.
